• Developed citywide beautification program using neighborhoods, civic organizations and businesses
• Raised significant grant funds for municipal projects – Approximately $20 million
• Developed “Be A Player” program that raised $165,000 for new community center amenities
• Team member in Naming Rights marketing effort for municipal minor league stadium
• Negotiated Naming Rights agreement for municipal minor league stadium
• Negotiating team member, spring training agreement with Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club
• Negotiated property purchases for municipality
• Negotiated resolution of 28-point Americans with Disabilities Act complaint filed against city by the Department of Justice
• Developed Noise Ordinance, with public input and consensus of residents and bar and restaurant owners
• Developed numerous recreation and park facilities, including oversight of construction of a community center, a neighborhood center, a senior center and a co-location facility owned by Pinellas County Schools and operated by the City of Dunedin
